At Norrsken Windows & Doors, we strive for perfection in every frame; however, if your order is not to your satisfaction, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, uninstalled condition. Please note that custom-made or bespoke units are excluded from our standard return policy unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the windows or doors in their original protective shipping crates to prevent structural damage during transit.
- 3.Arrange Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized logistics partners to schedule a professional pickup from your site.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team verifies the integrity of the returned units, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
