Inward Opening Alu-Clad Window (P44A)
This triple-glazed inward opening window with aluminium cladding delivers superb performance and is suitable for highly energy efficient homes including Passive Houses.
The 88mm laminated timber frame is thermally enhanced by a layer of "Purenit" insulation while external aluminium cladding ensures that the timber frame is protected from the elements and helps improve longevity whilst requiring minimal maintenance.
Tilt and turn windows can be tilted in for ventilation and open inwards for access and cleaning.
The technically advanced sprayed coatings give the timber enhanced durability and a superb finish, while the aluminium cladding is polyester powder coated. Both the aluminium cladding and the timber frame are available in a full range of RAL colours.
The triple glazed unit is a 48 mm unit with argon gas filling, warm edge spacer bar and two internal panes of Low-E glass. Whole window U-Values are around 0.65 W/m²K.
